Bobotius Jr. has a recipe for you to try at home:

Cookie Dough Pizza

We've seen pizza in all sorts of varieties, but this is Bobotius' favourite. You can top your cookie dough pizza base with any of your favourite treats.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Difficulty: EASY
Serves: 15

185g Butter, softened
185g Golden caster sugar
150g Soft light brown sugar
2 Medium eggs, beaten
2 Tsp vanilla extract
335g Self raising flour
1 Tsp Salt
200g Chocolate chips
200g Dark chocolate, melted
25g Giant white chocolate buttons
25g Mini marshmallows
25g Strawberries, chopped

  1. Ask a grown up to heat the oven to 180C (that's 160C for fan ovens or gas mark 4).
  2. Beat the butter and sugars together in a large bowl. Beat the eggs and vanilla, and pour into butter and sugars beating well until combined.
  3. Sift in the flour and salt and fold until evenly combined. Scatter in the chocolate chips and stir until they are rippled throughout the dough mixture.
  4. Roll into a large round cookie shape and place onto a large baking sheet covered with parchment. If the dough feels very soft at this stage, it would be best to place it in the fridge for 30 mins to firm up.
  5. Ask a grown up to bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 25 mins until golden at the edges and still a little soft in the middle. Leave to cool on a wire rack for a few mins before topping with your favourite treats. Spread the melted chocolate over the cookie, and top with your favourite treats. Bobotius has used giant chocolate buttons, mini marshmallows and strawberries. Cut into lots of slices and serve while the cookie is still a little warm.
